WASHINGTON – Today at 1:30 p.m. ET/11:30 a.m. MT in the U.S. Capitol Radio and Television Gallery, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) will join a bipartisan coalition of lawmakers to announce major progress on legislation to fully, permanently fund the Land and Water Conservation Fund and the Restore Our Parks Act to address the national parks maintenance backlog.
